In 1996, Lyons Security Service was transformed from a partnership, and was incorporated as Lyons Security Service, Inc. As sole corporate officer, President and Chief Executive Officer Kathleen Guidice possesses extensive experience in the private security industry. Under Mrs. Guidice’s leadership, Lyons Security has maintained its commercial operations in the Northern California area, while vigorously pursuing Government security contracts and nationwide expansion.
In the six months following the incorporation of Lyons Security, the company grew 1000 percent in projected annual gross receipts, and today continues its rapid expansion and economic success stressing absolute contract compliance and a superior quality of service.
Today, Lyons Security Service, Inc. has officers on the east and west coasts. The company boasts an impressive list of clientele to include the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, U.S. General Services Administration, U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Social Security Administration, and many, many prestigious commercial clients.
